1、 Testing items:

Upconversion luminescence technology (UPT) is based on UCP particle luminescence and utilizes its unique upconversion luminescence phenomenon, ensuring that any biological detection technology using it as a marker does not have quenching or fluorescence background interference. Therefore, it has good detection stability and sample compatibility, and is an advanced biological emergency hazard factor detection technology internationally. It is listed as a single soldier equipment for biological counter-terrorism in the United States.

Emergency response to biological events is the most demanding technical performance requirement among all on-site inspections. The on-site samples are complex and diverse. UPT portable biological anti-terrorism rapid detector can carry out on-site rapid detection for many kinds of virulent pathogens, such as pestis bacteria, anthrax spores, brucella, anti pestis bacteria FI Ag antibody, anti pestis bacteria V-Ag antibody, anti SARS antibody, etc. As of December 2010, more than 100 upconversion luminescence immunoassay analyzers and over 20000 reagents have been promoted, providing strong biosafety support for the security of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the 2009 Harbin Winter Olympics, the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, and the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games.

The UPT-3A machine has obtained the Medical Device Registration Certificate "Jingyao Jianxie (Zhun) Zi 2011 No. 2400432" from the National Medical Products Administration, and the official name "UPT-3A Upconversion Luminescence Immunoassay Analyzer" has been approved by the FDA.
