● High filtration accuracy
The filter membrane is made of 2 layers of PTFE, which will not deform after years of use and has stable filtration performance. All products have undergone particle counting and 0.003 μ m particle capture experiments.

● Low pressure loss
PTFE membrane adopts a two-layer structure, which combines high filtration performance and high porosity, with low pressure loss and high flow rate. Especially the STF-4 series membrane adopts a layered structure, which has a large effective filtration area and smaller pressure loss.

● High corrosion resistance
The filter membrane, filter support body, O-ring, etc. are all made of fluorinated resin, and the outer cover is made of SUS316L. The gas contact part is all precision machined, and the roughness is ground to Rmax 0.5 μ m or less, and then subjected to static treatment.
