PP spray tower is a new type of industrial waste gas treatment equipment. It is an improved version of the floating packing layer industrial waste gas purifier, widely used in pre-treatment of industrial waste gas treatment, dust removal, and other aspects, with excellent purification effect.

The PP spray tower mainly adopts commonly used neutralization method, absorption method, water washing method, etc. The filling turbulent ball tower for acid-base neutralization has a large processing capacity, low resistance, and high absorption efficiency, and is currently a widely used gas purification equipment. The waste gas generated from the waste gas source is pumped into the purification tower working room by the PP fan through the PP exhaust hood and the PP air duct. The acid and alkali waste gas is sprayed and passes through the packing layer composed of hollow spherical packing on multiple sides, and then is treated by spray to make the gas-liquid two phases fully contact and absorb in a large area, generating neutralization reaction. The processed gas is then subjected to gas-liquid separation and dehydration treatment, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the discharge pipeline to meet the national emission standards.

The tower body can be made of anti-corrosion materials such as PP, PVC, FRPP, PPH, etc. as needed. Filling materials can be added to the tower to improve absorption efficiency. The bottom of the tower body is equipped with a liquid gas separator, water pump, fan, automatic dosing equipment (optional), etc., all of which can be selected according to user needs.

2. The precious metal catalyst using honeycomb ceramic as the carrier has low resistance and high activity. When the concentration of organic vapor reaches over 2000ppm, spontaneous combustion can be maintained.
3. Low power consumption, due to the low resistance of the bed layer, it can work with a low-pressure fan, with low power consumption and low noise.
4. The activated carbon layer that adsorbs organic waste gas is used to desorb and regenerate the waste gas after catalytic combustion. The adsorbed gas is then sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for purification, without the need for external energy, with low operating costs and significant energy-saving effects.
PP Spray TowerPrecautions for use:
1. Before using the PP waste gas treatment equipment, it is necessary to check whether the PP pipeline valves of each system of the equipment are intact, and whether the selection and ratio of absorbent chemicals are correct. If the absorbent does not meet the specified requirements, it should be replenished in a timely manner. When starting up, the water pump should be turned on for 3-5 minutes before turning on the fan. When shutting down this purification system, the fan should be turned off for 2-3 minutes before turning off the water pump. Do not turn it on randomly, otherwise it will burn out the motor, block the packing, and affect the purification effect.
2. The wiring between the fan and water pump for exhaust gas treatment and purification should not be tampered with casually. They should be turned correctly and not reversed, otherwise it will damage the motor and cause accidents.
3. After the operation and delivery of the exhaust gas purification treatment equipment, the user unit should assign a dedicated person to keep and use it, conduct regular inspections, and if any abnormal noise or water leakage is found in the equipment, it should be stopped and repaired before it can be used.
4. The exhaust gas purification treatment equipment should be installed outdoors, and the water pump fan motor should be covered with a rain cover to prevent the motor from getting damp. Regardless of whether the exhaust gas purification treatment equipment is installed indoors or outdoors, if fiberglass or plastic fans are used, protective covers must be installed to prevent screws from loosening, bearings from being damaged, or debris from being sucked in, and impellers from exploding and injuring personnel, causing accidents.
