1: PP injection molding

1、 Application of homopolymer polypropylene

Drawing machine PP (melt finger 2-4): Main uses: textile film yarn, carpet backing, packaging ropes and bags, agricultural ropes, fine ropes, spinning, woven bags, ropes, blown film, container bags, packing belts, household small items, toys, syringes.

Fiber grade PP (melt index 20-40): high melt is mostly non-woven fabric): suitable for polypropylene, polypropylene short fibers, long fibers, homopolymers, etc. It can produce clothing, diapers, non-woven fabrics, furniture leather, agricultural bags, ropes, floor fabrics, carpets, and carpet linings.

BOPP grade (biaxially oriented film): Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film has the advantages of light weight, transparency, non toxicity, moisture resistance, low breathability, high mechanical strength, etc. It is widely used in the packaging of food, medicine, daily light industry, * and other products, and is widely used as a substrate for composite films. The main varieties of products include ordinary light film, smoke film, pearl film, adhesive tape, PVDC coating film, electrical film, and aluminum plated base film.


How to improve the adhesion of PP plastic surface coating?
