Main features of the production line:

1. The host adopts PE high-efficiency screw, slotted feeder cylinder, and strong water jacket cooling, greatly improving the conveying capacity and ensuring efficient extrusion. It is driven by DC motor and British Continental speed controller;

2. A basket type composite head suitable for processing polyethylene hydrocarbons, which ensures the stability of high-speed extrusion and can achieve low stress and high pipe quality caused by low melt temperature.

3. Adopting efficient dual chamber vacuum sizing technology and spray painting cooling water tank to improve the yield of pipes and meet the needs of high-speed production. The vacuum sizing table and cooling water tank are both made of stainless steel.

4. Adopting a multi track tractor, all tracks are driven by a central motor to achieve height synchronization and ensure the roundness of the pipe material.

5. Adopting a high-speed and precisely designed cutting machine with low noise and equipped with a powerful chip suction device, maintenance work is reduced to a low level.

6. The entire line adopts an automatic control system with high control accuracy, reliable operation, and simple and convenient operation.
