Product features and applications
Adopting PLC control, program setting, unmanned automation operation, monitoring the entire process of feeding, initial filtration, washing, fine filtration, and unloading.
Variable frequency speed regulation, smooth start-up, adjustable separation factor.
The motor adopts an upward direct connection type, which avoids friction and dust caused by belt transmission.

Energy consumption braking, non-contact braking method, no friction dust pollution.
Fully enclosed structure, with sealing components made of silicone rubber or fluororubber, and nitrogen protection inside the centrifuge chamber, which can meet the requirements of airtight explosion-proof.
The structural design is reasonable, and an optional online cleaning system (spray system) is available to ensure cleanliness requirements and comply with GMP standards.
Pneumatic (hydraulic) action system can be used for cleanliness and hygiene.

Standard manufacturing form
Structure: The shell is equipped with a feeding tube, a washing tube, an observation mirror, an exhaust port, a maintenance hole, and a lighting hole; The sealed structure, drum, shell, flip cover and other components are made of stainless steel material. The machine base and other components are made of carbon steel and lined with stainless steel on the surface. The inner and outer surfaces of the drum, shell, and exposed parts of the machine are all polished.
All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
