The dosing device adopts a unit combination layout and is installed on a base frame.

The metering pumps are arranged in parallel with sufficient maintenance space around them for easy maintenance.

The electrical control cabinet is placed on the device base frame and operated from the front.

Materials of each component

The materials of each component are mainly divided into stainless steel, carbon steel PE。

Liquid level detection, automatic pump shutdown

The solution tank is equipped with a magnetic flap level gauge to achieve on-site liquid level display, remote liquid level transmission, high and low limit alarm, automatic pump stop at low and low liquid levels, and prevent the dosing pump from idling.

Dispensing

The preparation of PAM solution is manually carried out by mixing it into a certain concentration in the dispensing box, and then sending it to the solution box for dilution to the desired concentration.

The addition of PAC solution does not require further dilution and can be directly added.

Control of dosage

The control of PAM dosage can be manually adjusted or automatically controlled: adjust the corresponding dosage according to the turbidity of the raw water without manual operation.

The control of PAC dosage can be manually adjusted or automatically adjusted according to changes in inlet flow rate.
