The PadPak Senior Buffer Paper Roll Machine is a widely used paper roll production machine that can process paper rolls using double-layer or three-layer base paper. It is almost suitable for packaging needs inside boxes, from buffering, wrapping, positioning to filling.
PadPak Senior can process multi-layer composite kraft paper into cushioning paper pads and filling paper balls to provide complete shock protection for your products. There is a special extrusion mold inside the machine that can extrude the raw paper into shape, while the air is locked in the wrinkled paper layer, forming a paper pad with buffering function. This machine can manufacture paper balls online on the packaging assembly line, which can be used immediately or produced automatically in advance. The paper balls are stored in a basket for future use.
The machine is equipped with a handheld remote control, which can efficiently control and set up multiple machines.
This machine can be placed horizontally or vertically.
