The oxygen cut-off valve used in the coal gasification unit is not exactly the same as the conventional oxygen ball valve. In addition to the valve being treated with oil and degreasing, it has the characteristics of large pressure difference, special requirements for materials and processing, and tight valve closure. The valve body material is generally Monel400 or Inconel600 stainless steel, and the valve internals are made of Monel material.
