There are many methods for purifying organic waste gas, such as direct combustion and catalytic combustion, but it is difficult to completely burn low concentration and high air volume waste gas, and the waste heat cannot be fully utilized during intermittent operations. The DXF type organic waste gas adsorption and purification device uses the principle of activated carbon adsorption, which is suitable for treating organic waste gases with low air volume and low concentration, and for the recovery and utilization of organic solvents; Using pneumatic valves for switching, with simple operation and management.
2、 Characteristics of Organic Waste Gas Activated Carbon Adsorption Purification Equipment
This device mainly includes: adsorption tank, condenser, separator, aerator, main exhaust fan and other equipment, equipped with inlet and outlet air valves, carbon layer over temperature alarm, automatic cooling device, steam supply pipeline and electric control cabinet.
This device can adopt single or double tank form according to the production process, and single tank is generally used for intermittent production; Continuous production uses dual tanks, one for adsorption and one for desorption, which can also be used simultaneously. The inlet and outlet of the device are equipped with manual or pneumatic valves, which are easy and reliable to operate. This device uses low-pressure steam as the desorption medium, and can be equipped with a steam superheater to increase the steam temperature when desorbing high boiling point solvents. Two tanks can also adsorb simultaneously, regularly desorb simultaneously, and the processing air volume can be doubled, which can reduce investment and footprint for intermittent production.
3、 Principle of Organic Waste Gas Activated Carbon Adsorption Purification Equipment
Granular or rod-shaped activated carbon has many micropores and a large specific surface area. By relying on molecular gravity and capillary action, it can adsorb solvent vapor and volatile substances on its surface. Depending on the boiling point of different substances, the adsorbed substances can be precipitated by steam. When steam is used as the desorption medium, the desorbed organic solvent vapor and water vapor are condensed together through a condenser, and the mixed liquid enters the separation tank for solvent recovery after separation. The residual liquid is discharged after aeration treatment.

4、 Application scope of organic waste gas activated carbon adsorption purification equipment
·Manage the production of benzene, esters, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, phenols, gasoline, and other substances in spray painting, packaging, printing, machinery, chemical engineering, and production processes.
·Organic solvent factories and workshops used for low concentration exhaust gas conditions or intermittent operations to prepare for recycling and reuse.
5、 Precautions for Organic Waste Gas Activated Carbon Adsorption Purification Equipment
·The inlet temperature of the exhaust gas of the device should be below 50 ℃. If the exhaust gas exceeds 50 ℃, an air cooling device should be added and cooled before entering the adsorption tank.
·When purifying exhaust gas containing a large amount of particulate dust generated during painting operations, the particulate matter in the exhaust gas should be pretreated first.
·When the boiling point of the adsorbed organic solvent is high (above 120 ℃), a steam superheater can be added to increase the desorption steam temperature.
·If there is no steam supply, a small electric steam generator can be specially matched with the purification device.
