1、 Product Introduction

Optigraph is jointly developed and researched by YSEBAERT Group and the French National Centre for Food Research (LGMPA. CORRIEU). Mainly used in the laboratory to determine the coagulation characteristics of milk, especially in the study of cheese production. Optigraph is the latest instrument for studying the coagulation properties of rennet and milk. It is based on near-infrared technology and computer data processing system to monitor the coagulation process of milk, thereby determining the production characteristics of milk from different origins and developing targeted dairy products.
