PaintChecker automation is a non-destructive and non-contact measuring instrument that uses photothermal methods to measure coating thickness. Compliant with European standard DIN EN 15042-2. It is suitable for measuring dry, wet film, and powder coatings, such as organic solvent coatings, water-based coatings, powder coatings, and glazes on various substrates (such as metals, rubber, or ceramics). The lightweight and convenient handheld probe makes it possible to measure directly from the production source. Optical structure design allows for coating production in on-site environments. The accompanying workstation software is simple and convenient to use, and has data storage and report output functions.
