Connect the control box, computer, proportional valve, sensor, and solenoid valve with corresponding wires, fill the oil tank with oil, turn on the oil pump, and turn on the power supply of the computer system and control box.
(1) Preparation before operation
1) Check if the system connection is correct.
2) Physical initialization.
Choose physical initialization in the following situations:
a) Every time the user turns on the device;
b) When the system suddenly loses power, the valve core does not return to zero position as normal;
c) When the user discovers an abnormality in the control process;
Physical initialization process: The valve core first rotates counterclockwise, and when it touches the internal stopper of the valve body, the valve core rotates clockwise again to return to the zero position.
Physical initialization method: When the user turns off the testing machine and turns on the power switch, they will see the valve core rotate counterclockwise and hear a collision sound. Then the valve core rotates clockwise and returns to the zero position. If no collision sound is heard during the initialization process, the user can turn off the power switch, wait for 10 seconds, and then turn on the power switch again to reinitialize. Repeat the above sequence until you hear a collision sound, at which point the valve core will accurately stay at zero position.
