Product Introduction
The YLD - ∥ series bypass circulating water processor is a new generation product developed on the basis of the original full flow water processor. The product adopts the principle of pulse type low-voltage electric field and automatically adjusts the working output signal according to changes in water quality. After treatment by a water processor, the aggregation degree of water molecules decreases and the structure changes, such as an increase in the dipole distance and polarity of water molecules, an increase in surface tension, thereby increasing the ability of water molecules to dissolve scale and achieving the goal of scale removal.
Under the action of electrodes, the processor generates a large number of tiny crystals with excellent anti scaling function, which can remove scaling ions from water and form loose aragonite crystals, which are discharged through an automatic drain valve. The water processed by the processor activates dissolved oxygen, and under the electrolysis of the electrode, a large amount of OH ˉ, O2 ˉ, H2O2, and a large amount of reactive oxygen species are produced in the water. These substances have strong oxidizing properties and can completely kill microorganisms and various algae in the water, thereby achieving excellent bactericidal and algaecidal functions and preventing the formation of scale.
At the same time, the large amount of active oxygen generated by the processor further oxidizes the system pipe wall, forming a dense oxide film, such as the iron oxide film, which passivates the system pipe wall, thereby inhibiting pipeline corrosion, increasing the system's service life, and achieving the effect of equipment anti-corrosion.

Selection of YLD-II Side Stream Processor
A、 The open cooling water system should choose F-type, and select the water processor according to the pipe diameter indicated by the F-type specification.
B、 The closed circulating water system should be selected as G-type, and the water processor should be selected according to the pipe diameter indicated by the G-type specification.
Design and Installation of YLD-II Side Stream Processor
The design working pressure of YLD-II bypass flow processor is 1.0Mpa, and customers with special requirements can make special designs according to actual situations. When designing and installing, space should be reserved around the system water pump for the installation of the processor. The inlet of the processor should be connected to the outlet pipe of the system water pump, and the outlet of the processor should be connected to the inlet pipe of the system water pump (as shown in the installation diagram). The external power supply of the processor is a 220V/380V, 50Hz ordinary power supply, and the processor is installed indoors in a dry and ventilated area.
The new system can directly install the processor. For old systems with severe scaling, the pipeline must be cleaned before installing the processor to avoid blockage of the pipeline by falling scale.
