Gypsum itself has a high viscosity, and during the drying process, wet gypsum will be transported to the feeding hopper by a roller conveyor belt. The feeding hopper is directly connected to the drying drum, and the wet gypsum will enter the drying drum from the feeding hopper, coming into contact with the hot air flow inside the drying drum, thus starting the entire gypsum drying process. The entire gypsum drying process can be divided into three main parts. The first is that the wet gypsum comes into contact with the hot air flow inside the drying drum, and the temperature difference between the hot air flow and the wet gypsum is used to evaporate the moisture in the gypsum; There is a copying board installed on the inner wall of the second drying drum. The copying board can continuously pick up the gypsum, not only can it move, but also during the process of picking up and sprinkling the gypsum, the gypsum can fully contact with the hot air flow, thus facilitating faster and more efficient heat exchange between the hot air flow and the gypsum; The inner wall of the third drum is equipped with a green cleaning device, which is used to clean the clumps and materials adhered to the drum wall during the drying process to prevent blockage.
