Product details
New Austrian CO2 dosing systemintroduce
The carbon dioxide tank stores low-temperature and high-pressure liquid (-37 ℃, 2.2Mpa), which is fed through tank trucks. The density of liquid carbon dioxide is 1.1kg/L, and the density after vaporization is 1.997g/L (0 ℃). The vaporized carbon dioxide is quickly prepared into carbonic acid through a carbonic acid generator, and the prepared carbonic acid is added to the dosing point.
The carbon dioxide dosing system is regulated through feedback from electromagnetic flow meters, pH meters, electric control valves, gas flow meters, pressure sensors, etc., and is used to prepare carbonic acid through a carbonic acid generator. The system can achieve PLC automation control based on the pH values of raw water and dosing points.
The booster pump requires variable frequency control (if the inlet water pressure and volume meet the requirements, additional pumps can be omitted). The carbon dioxide generation device uses micro nano bubble technology to dissolve carbon dioxide gas in water to prepare a carbon dioxide solution, which is then added to the feeding point. The use of carbon dioxide in the form of carbon dioxide can ensure that no carbon dioxide bubbles overflow from the feeding point, avoiding waste caused by carbon dioxide gas entering the atmosphere. The utilization rate of carbon dioxide raw materials is over 97%.
New Austrian CO2 dosing system
The basic steps of installation and maintenance.
1. Select installation location: Firstly, determine the installation location of the dosing system, which should be close to the carbon dioxide storage tank, well ventilated, and easy to operate and maintain.
2. Installation equipment: mainly composed of storage tanks, conveying pipelines, valves, flow controllers, dosing pumps, nozzles, and other parts. During installation, all parts should be connected correctly according to the design drawings and equipment manufacturer's instructions, paying attention to the direction of valves and controllers.
3. Check installation: After installation, a detailed inspection should be conducted to confirm that all connections are secure, valves and controllers are working properly, and there are no leaks.
4. Preparation before commissioning: Before commissioning the dosing system, a trial run should be conducted to adjust the dosing amount to meet the predetermined water quality requirements.
During daily maintenance, the following points should be noted:
1. Regular equipment inspection: Regularly inspect storage tanks, conveying pipelines, valves, flow controllers, etc. to ensure that the equipment is working properly and there are no leaks.
2. Keep the equipment clean: The equipment should be cleaned regularly to prevent carbon dioxide crystallization or other debris from blocking the equipment.
3. Monitoring dosing amount: The operation of the dosing system should be regularly checked to ensure the stability of the dosing amount, in order to adjust it in a timely manner.
4. Regularly replace damaged components: For damaged or malfunctioning components such as valves, flow controllers, etc., they should be replaced in a timely manner.
5. Professional operation: The operation and maintenance of the carbon dioxide dosing system should be carried out by personnel who have received professional training.
