This series of torque sensors, powered by transformer induction, can work for a long time and are widely used for torque monitoring in motors, generators, reducers, and diesel engines.
If it is necessary to measure the speed, simply install a dedicated speed sensor on the housing of this series of torque sensors
The sensor and its speed measuring wheel can measure the speed signal of 6-60 square waves per revolution.
Install the torque sensor between the power source and the load using two sets of couplings.
2. It is recommended to use flexibility Elastic or universal joint coupling to ensure concentricity ∠ 0.1mm
3. Power and load equipment must be fixed and reliable to avoid vibration.
4. Use flexible fixation (able to swing) between the base of this torque sensor and the base of the equipment as much as possible to avoid generating bending moments.
3、 Signal processing
1. Use the HX90 series torque meter to directly display the torque value;
2. Directly send the torque frequency signal to the computer or PLC for processing;
3. The external HX-90F module can be converted into 4-20mA or 1-5V analog signals. (Option)
4、 Usage precautions:
1. The wiring must be correct; 2. Range of ± 15V: not less than ± 14.5V and not more than ± 15.5V;
3. The signal line output shall not be short circuited to ground or power supply, and the output current shall not exceed 10mA;
4. The shielding layer of the shielded cable must be connected to the common terminal (power ground) of the ± 15V power supply.
