2、 Purpose:
The IMDFS series magnetic driven multi-stage centrifugal pump can be widely used in the production processes of chemical, petroleum, refining, pharmaceutical, acid production, printing and dyeing, food and other fields to transport clean liquids that do not contain solid particles and have a specific gravity of no more than 1.84. 3、 Characteristics
1. The magnetic drive pump is mainly composed of a suction section, a discharge section, an impeller, guide vanes, an inner magnetic steel, an outer magnetic steel, an isolation sleeve, a motor, etc. The impeller and the inner magnetic steel are integrated and installed in a sealed body composed of the suction section and the isolation sleeve. The motor drives the outer magnetic steel, and the outer magnetic steel drives the inner magnetic steel, causing the impeller to rotate and replacing the dynamic seal with a static seal, so that the overcurrent components of the pump are completely sealed without leakage.
2. Adopting a special dense, magnetic gathering, push-pull magnetic circuit coupled magnetic drive device, it has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, high torque, low eddy current, high magnetic transmission efficiency, and stable and reliable operation.
3. It has unique multiple magnetic drive pump axial force balancing methods, which make the axial force at the pump end almost zero during operation. The wear rate and failure rate of sliding bearings and thrust bearings are low, and the pump has a long service life.
