The multifunctional granulation and coating machine is a fluidized bed process equipment with multiple uses developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing similar foreign equipment. Its design purpose is to perform drying, granulation, pill making, coating, and wrapping in the same equipment. According to different process objectives, three processes ("top spray", "bottom spray", "tangent spray") can be adopted to achieve this.

By replacing different fluidized bed devices, three types of process operations can be carried out, while other functional systems can be shared (air handling system, fuselage components, liquid supply system, air supply system, control system). Different fluidized bed structures are the most crucial technology. The three processes have different abilities, and their fundamental difference lies only in the fluidization of materials and the spraying method of liquids.

This device can simultaneously achieve functions such as drying, granulation, powder coating, granule coating, and pellet coating in one device.

4. This machine adopts PLC fully automatic control, and all operations can be automatically completed according to user requirements by setting process parameters. It can print all process parameters, and the original records are true and reliable, fully meeting the GMP requirements of drug production.
