1、 Introduction

Multi functional abrasive particle analyzer automatic sample processor (ASP)Equipped with a reversible stirrer, allowing particles to be stirred while in motionUniformly distributed in the oil sample. Oil sample processing and analysis can be carried out synchronously and in parallel. During the Q200 detection process, ASP can simultaneously process the next oil sample.
The automatic sampling process mainly consists of three steps:

1. Under the action of the peristaltic pump, the oil sample enters the Q200 loading tank through the ASP conduit to complete the detection process;

2. After the test, the manipulator takes out the catheter and agitator from the sampling bottle and places them in the spray tank for cleaning;

3. Use a peristaltic pump to suck in solvent for cleaning the catheter and sample carrier. Repeat this process until all 24 oil samples have been processed and analyzed, and each step of the analysis program is completed under the monitoring of built-in sensors (operation interlock to improve safety).
