Once the temperature and humidity of the archive warehouse are out of control, archive protection becomes a problem Timely and effective adjustment and control of temperature and humidity in the archive warehouse are key to protecting and extending the lifespan of archives, and require special attention.

The automatic monitoring system for temperature and humidity in the archives warehouse, in accordance with the relevant "Interim Regulations on Technical Management of Archives Warehouse" in China, achieves stable measurement of temperature and humidity in the archives warehouse through the use of low-cost measurement and control equipment, and realizes long-term recording and collection of data. It can achieve automated management of temperature and humidity monitoring, recording, and analysis in the warehouse. When the temperature and humidity exceed the warning line, various alarm signals can be sent (such as Mingdi alarm, telephone alarm, SMS alarm, E-MAIL alarm, etc.). In the warehouse that needs to be regulated, the regulating equipment can be automatically turned on to adjust the temperature and humidity in a timely manner, making it suitable for the storage environment of the archives. At the same time, by regulating the equipment system and optimizing the operation status of the air conditioning, energy and electricity can be saved. The system applies intelligent fieldbus technology, with only digital signal transmission in the entire system, and sensors and acquisition modules can be networked, making the system more reliable and wiring more convenient. The intelligent fieldbus network also provides the possibility for functional extension.

◆ Temperature and humidity monitoring system: Control equipment such as air conditioners, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, etc. to automatically regulate temperature and humidity;

(2) Computer automatic control

During the monitoring process, if the monitoring results exceed the set conditions, combined with the status information collected by the air conditioning equipment, timely control instructions should be issued to the air conditioning equipment to adjust the temperature and humidity of the warehouse. In addition, there are controls such as frequency conversion, air volume changes, control of chilled water pump speed, and reasonable scheduling of water tower groups, combined with outdoor climate conditions, to achieve good operation of the entire air conditioning system. In special circumstances, it can be switched to manual intervention mode to adapt to the ever-changing on-site environment.

(3) Real time data/historical data display of environmental changes

The real-time trend curve can display the data collected by the system in the form of a real-time curve, making it easier to observe the monitoring status of the system.

The historical curve/report can display the daily, monthly, and annual parameter change curves of various measurement parameters, and the system parameter values can be set reasonably based on this curve.

(4) Multiple display modes for curves and reports

Multiple display methods such as curves and reports can compare the temperature and humidity curves of multiple rooms during the same period, making it more convenient to compare changes in environmental parameters in multiple rooms. It can also provide necessary data analysis tools according to the requirements of management personnel.

When there is an abnormality in the warehouse, a short message alarm can be triggered. Short message group sending can be set up, and different duty personnel can be notified at different times. By using a mobile phone or ringing the phone, the system can send short messages about the current temperature and humidity situation in the warehouse, enabling remote monitoring. Only the set number can prompt the system to send operational status messages and improve system security.
