1、 Main structure and performance:

3. The supporting legs of the machine include: supporting legs and threaded adjustable feet.

4. All main components are determined according to customer requirements, and they are all made of SUS316L or SUS304 material. The motor reducer, mixing and device are integrated, and the structural design is exquisite and reasonable. The jacket adopts two types: integral sleeve welding and coil body welding, which are firm and durable, with fast heat transfer speed and low energy consumption.

This device has two types of heating: electric heating and steam heating, depending on customer needs.

5. The mixing system of this equipment adopts the kettle mechanical seal 204 type, which has good sealing performance, pressure resistance and wear resistance. The sealing part is all made of hard alloy.

6. The equipment operation adopts automatic control, with control range including motor reducer, sight glass, and automatic temperature control, which saves time, effort, and is easy to operate. (Specific configuration according to customer requirements)

2、 Working principle of the mixing tank:

Put the required materials into the tank separately and use jacket heating method to heat the materials. Then start the mixing system to evenly dissolve and mix various materials. The mixing time, temperature, etc. during the heating process can be freely set and controlled according to the process requirements to achieve the expected concentration and viscosity.
