Mining local fans (referred to as local fans) have the advantages of low noise and are designed specifically for the needs of local ventilation in various non coal mines such as metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, gold, chemical, building materials, and nuclear industries. They are suitable for ventilation in various specifications of shafts and tunnels, induced draft in mining areas and electric rakes, segmented mining method without bottom pillars, other local ventilation, and some auxiliary ventilation. It can also be used for ventilation in tunnel construction, underground engineering construction, and other occasions where air ducts are required for air supply.
Design features of mining bureau fan ventilation fan:
The local fan is equipped with a protective net at the inlet to prevent foreign objects with a particle size greater than 50mm from entering the fan, providing protection for the inside of the fan. Each fan has a grounding mark, and the gap between the impeller and the casing is 2.5mm. After a certain period of normal operation, the local fan should be stopped for maintenance, cleaned of foreign objects and dust on the impeller, and checked for damage to the impeller and motor.
Before installing the fresh air fan, the following aspects should be checked:
1. Whether the gap between the blade tip and the casing is uniform, and the small gap should be greater than 2.5mm;
2. Whether the casing and blades are firm and whether there are any cracks;
3. The fan disc should be flexible
After installation, the following checks should be performed before testing:
1. The installation angle of the blades should be the same, and the blade bolts should be tightened;
2. The anchor bolts of the motor should be complete and tightened;
3. All other bolts should be sturdy;
4. Electrical wiring should be firm and insulated in all parts.
