According to the diameter of the aluminum or iron disc on the polishing machine/pre grinding machine currently used by the user, the anti sticking disc and magnetic disc
Diameter specifications: 203, 220, 230, 250, 300 mm
Packaging: Anti stick tray 5pcs/pkg; Magnetic disk 1pcs/pkg
Instructions for use
1. Clean the surface of the aluminum or iron disc on the polishing machine/pre grinding machine completely of any residue, oil, foreign objects, etc;
2. Use non drying adhesive on the lower surface of the magnetic disc (MAGNODIS) to bond the magnetic disc to the aluminum or iron disc on the polishing machine/pre grinder currently used by the user;
3. Use the non drying adhesive on the lower surface of the polishing cloth or sandpaper currently used by the user to bond the polishing cloth or sandpaper to the upper surface of the anti sticking disc (MAGNOMET) (the surface is smooth, coated with anti residue adhesive, and the other non smooth surface is in contact with the magnetic disc);
4. If the polishing cloth or sandpaper has completely lost its value, remove it from the gap of the anti sticking disc. Due to the anti residue adhesive coating on the anti sticking disc, the polishing cloth or sandpaper can be easily removed without residual adhesive;
5. If the polishing cloth or sandpaper can still be used, but the sandpaper particle size or polishing cloth type needs to be changed, remove the anti sticking disc (with polishing cloth or sandpaper attached) from the gap of the magnetic disc and replace it with another anti sticking disc (with other specifications of polishing cloth or sandpaper attached);
To protect the coating on the anti sticking disc, do not touch it with hard objects.
