The meltblown fabric filter material is made of randomly distributed polypropylene ultrafine fibers bonded together, with a white, flat, and soft appearance. The fiber fineness of the material is 0.5-1.0 μ m. The random distribution of fibers provides more opportunities for thermal bonding between fibers, thus making the meltblown gas filter material have a larger specific surface area and higher porosity (≥ 75%). Through high-pressure electrostatic filtration efficiency, the product has the characteristics of low resistance, high efficiency, and high dust holding capacity. Meltblown fabric is a type of non-woven fabric that uses high-speed hot air flow to stretch the polymer melt stream extruded from the die nozzle holes, forming ultrafine fibers that are collected on a mesh curtain or drum, and then self bonded to form a meltblown nonwoven fabric.

This unit uses polypropylene PP special material, which is plasticized and enters the melt blown mold head channel. After being evenly distributed, it enters the spinneret and is sprayed out by high-temperature, high-speed, and high-pressure hot air flow to form melt blown non-woven fabric, which is the most critical layer of filter material in the middle layer of the mask.
The production principle of meltblown fabric:
Using hot air jet, hot polypropylene is extruded from the fine pores of the nozzle of the spinneret to extend in a fibrous shape, and then gathered on the conveyor belt to form a fiber web based on its self fusion properties. There are many small nozzles arranged on the spinneret, with a diameter of only 0.15mm. The molten polypropylene flow sprayed from the nozzles is extended by high-speed air flow and concentrated on a moving conveyor belt to obtain meltblown fabric.
