The K-PSA * ML mechanical stirring and heating reactor is a high-end intelligent micro reactor developed and produced by our factory in cooperation with various universities for more than ten years. The reactor body is processed and formed in one go by a large machining center. This reaction vessel is composed of a quick opening type and uses 6 high-pressure bolts. It is mainly used for laboratory research experiments with high viscosity, high temperature and high pressure, quantitative synthesis of trace analysis, etc. This reaction vessel is suitable for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, polymer synthesis metallurgy and other fields. It can be used for catalytic reactions, polymerization reactions, supercritical reactions, high temperature and high pressure reactions, hydrogenation or inert gas protection reactions, etc.

Material of the kettle body: HC276 material can be used, or other materials can be selected according to the specific requirements of the customer for the reactant medium.
Heating device: Fixed modular electric heater, uniform and stable heating, durable.
Mixing device: magnetic coupling blade mixing,
Temperature control device: LCD display, dual channel temperature control system, using advanced PID artificial intelligence temperature control, with self-tuning (AT) function, timing function, and can rotate forward and backward (see instrument instructions for details).
Temperature measurement device: high-precision temperature sensor, deep inside the reactor body, real-time monitoring of the reaction temperature inside the reactor
The kettle body and heater can be completely separated, greatly facilitating the disassembly of the reaction kettle and providing work efficiency;
Brushless motor: stable speed, low noise;
Inlet needle valve: gas inlet needle valve, interface 3mm card sleeve;
Exhaust needle valve: convenient for vacuum treatment and gas replacement of the system before the reaction, and used as a vent valve after the reaction is completed;
Stainless steel pressure gauge: WIKA pressure gauge imported from Germany, real-time monitoring of the internal pressure of the reactor reaction;
