When connected to the Marposs measuring head, P3ME can locate parts and control part dimensions in various types of machine tools. The measuring instrument measured the clearance of the parts that were far away during the grinding process. Operators can view analog instruments and digital displays in real-time to obtain part status, and the setting of LED lights presents signals to the machine control system to manage wheel feed.

Our system is capable of withstanding harsh environments and comes into direct contact with grinding abrasives, metal particles, cutting oils, and corrosive cooling fluids.
