Software features:
1. Automatic grasping measurement function (automatically capturing points, lines, circles, arcs, etc.)
When placing the workpiece in the main interface of the software, simply select the corresponding drawing command, and the software intelligently and accurately automatically draws the lines, circles, and other graphic elements in the real-time image of the workpiece. This drawing method is more accurate and faster than taking points with the naked eye, and avoids human errors.
2. High precision optical assisted focusing and height measurement function based on intelligent image processing:
Equipped with automatic and manual focusing functions, the Z-axis can be automatically or manually moved after selecting the target area to search for a clear position. The software automatically captures and identifies, reducing human error to a low ZUI.
3. Map function
The user-friendly map navigation function can help you quickly locate local positions on large workpieces, reducing the search time required for operations. Opening the map allows for virtual measurement or navigation.
4. Fully automatic and manual CNC measurement
CNC programming measurement is divided into fully automatic and manual modes. In fully automatic CNC mode, when conducting large-scale workpiece inspection, only one programming of the measurement process is required to automatically perform multiple fully automatic repeated measurements. For manual workbenches, adopting manual CNC mode can achieve automatic measurement function of simulated CNC and improve work efficiency.
5. Array measurement
Array measurement can automatically measure the parts of the array distribution on the same workpiece. Simply program the parts of the array distribution and set the rules for the array distribution to automatically measure them.
6. Drawing comparison
Open CAD design drawings that do not match the actual image. Use the alignment function in the drawing comparison to align the opened drawings with the image. By using the adjusted shape, measurements or simple comparisons can be made.
7. SPC statistics
Built in SPC (Statistical Process Control) function, which can read specified measurement data after measurement, generate X-R, Xm-R and other control charts, and calculate values, * * * small value, mean, standard deviation, offset value, Ca, Cp, Cpk and other statistical coefficients.
