The P6001FD module is the latest product in the P6000 pre balancing series (DS6000 series). It is designed specifically for use on machine tools operating at low speeds.

Detect the imbalance of the machine tool worktable on the coordinate plane during the pre balancing cycle, and then compensate by fastening the known pressure iron in the calculated position on the rotary worktable.

P6001FD suggested the optimal weight of the balance block based on the programmable list. The algorithm selected the best position from 24 possible options to fix two or three weights. The electronic unit continuously monitors the vibration of the rotary worktable.

P6001FD can be programmed and used in the Windows environment, and its functions can be presented using a machine control unit or any personal computer. Signals can be exchanged with the machine tool through ProfiBUS or through static I/O connections.

A monitor with a personal computer can be connected via Ethernet.
