Magnetic level gauge
It uses a magnetic float as the measuring element and a magnetic steel driven flip column display, without the need for energy. Suitable for various environments ranging from low temperature to high temperature, vacuum to high pressure, etc. It is an ideal liquid level measurement product for industries such as petroleum and chemical.
The magnetic flap level gauge is equipped with upper and lower limit switch outputs, which can achieve remote alarm and limit control.
The magnetic flap level gauge is equipped with a transmitter, which can achieve remote indication, detection, and control of liquid level.
According to the different installation positions of the container, two forms are provided: side mounted and top mounted.
According to different working media, we provide two materials: stainless steel and ABS engineering plastic; ABS is particularly suitable for corrosive media such as acids and alkalis.
Structural characteristics
Based on the principle of buoyancy, the basic level gauge moves the float up and down in the measuring tube with the rise and fall of the liquid level. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white flip columns to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when it falls, it changes from red to white, thus indicating the liquid level.
The output of the upper and lower limit switch uses a magnetic float to move with the liquid level, causing the reed switch installed at the set position of the liquid level meter riser to actuate, achieving ON-OFF control or alarm.
Install a transmitter on the magnetic float level gauge for electric remote transmission. The transmitter consists of two parts: a sensor and a converter. It moves up and down through a magnetic float and uses magnetic coupling to sequentially move the measuring components inside the conduit, obtaining changes in resistance signals and converting them into standard current signals ranging from 0 to 10mA or 4 to 20mA for output. These signals are then connected to digital display instruments or computers for remote display.
