The MPM388 piezoresistive pressure sensor is composed of silicon piezoresistive sensitive elements packaged in different pressure interfaces. The measured pressure is applied to the silicon sensitive element through the pressure interface, achieving linear conversion between the applied pressure and the output voltage signal. The thick film resistor network adjusted by laser compensates for the zero point and temperature performance of the sensor, and is suitable for pressure calibration instruments, automotive electronics, aerospace, air pressure control, industrial measurement and control, etc. The pressure interface of this type of sensor, which complies with the HB4-3 standard, has been widely used in the aviation industry.
