The motor drives the impeller to mix the sewage and chemicals evenly, and then separate the oil, suspended solids, etc. through coagulation and sedimentation. Generally, impellers are also installed in the dosing device, mainly to mix the medicine and water evenly.

special requirements
Full welding is required between steel plates, especially on the surrounding side baffles, both inside and outside. The entire shell must be coated with asphalt paint, and only after the paint is dry can water be injected to detect the presence of welds. For the intermediate packing, it is best to arrange it evenly and not offset one side to avoid the packing tilting sideways during the oil removal stage, which may affect the service life of the packing. It is recommended to install a shield outside the motor casing to prevent water, rain, snow, etc. from entering the motor and causing it to burn out. The general service life of fillers is one year, and after one year, it is necessary to inspect and maintain the internal components of the oil remover. Select steel plates of corresponding thickness for chemical degreasers of different tonnages. Select a valve with appropriate pressure, such as a water pressure of 9KG, and choose a valve with 10KG, which is PN1.0MPa. The overflow baffle on one side of the drainage outlet should be at the same height as the one on the opposite side.
