MEMS VOCGas SensorComposed of Si based micro heat plates using MEMS technology and metal oxide semiconductor materials with low conductivity in clean air. When there is a detected gas in the ambient air, the conductivity of the sensor changes. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. The change in conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration using a simple circuit.

This product adopts MEMS technology, with a sturdy structure and good seismic resistance; It has the characteristics of small size, low power consumption, high sensitivity, fast response and recovery, simple driving circuit, good stability, and long lifespan
