The company has the qualifications for designing and manufacturing Class I and Class II pressure vessels. Our products are matched with various pressure vessels, such as reservoirs, condensers, oil separators, economizers, three in one evaporators, etc., all of which are self-designed and manufactured with high product quality.
Our company successfully passed the ASME joint review in February 2013 and has obtained the design and manufacturing qualifications for ASME U-stamp and UM stamp series pressure vessels. This enables our products to be designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME specifications, using SAME standard materials, and entering most national markets.
Most of our company's pressure vessel products have passed CE/PED certification, providing conditions for our products to enter the EU market.
1、 Ice making machine matching products
1. Shell and tube condenser: divided into water cooling and refrigerant cooling, used for refrigerant cooling; Using heat exchange tubes;
2. Liquid storage: divided into horizontal and vertical types, used for storing refrigerants;
3. Gas liquid separator: used for refrigerant gas liquid separation;
4. Oil separator: used for separating refrigerant and lubricating oil;
5. Three in one device: a vertical jacketed container with three functions of heat exchange, gas-liquid separation, and liquid storage, hence it is called a three in one device. It is located at the junction of the high-pressure side and low-pressure side in the refrigeration system, with the inner cylinder on the low-pressure side of the system and the outer cylinder on the high-pressure side of the system;
6. Oil cooler: generally a shell and tube type, used for cooling lubricating oil;
7. Ice evaporator: There are mainly three types: dry, full liquid, and honeycomb jacket. Dry evaporator is a traditional product of our company with a complex structure and cannot be designed using GB150.3. It can only be designed using analytical design method, but it is lighter in weight; Full liquid evaporator is an integral jacket evaporator designed according to GB150.3, with a simple structure and heavy weight; The honeycomb jacket evaporator is a new type of evaporator developed by our company recently. Compared with the other two evaporators, it has the characteristics of light weight, low welding workload, and reliable structure. The full liquid and honeycomb jacket evaporators also have our company's structural characteristics, which cannot be compared with other brands;
8. Tube ice evaporator: This evaporator has structural characteristics, whether in appearance or internal structure, its rigidity, cylindricity, and ice making effect are all unique to us;
9. Flow state ice evaporator: Like flake ice evaporator and tube ice evaporator, it has our own characteristics.
2、 Industrial refrigeration supporting products
1. Liquid storage tank (ammonia storage tank): mainly used for storing ammonia liquid, generally a horizontal container;
2. Auxiliary liquid storage tank: also known as siphon tank, used to separate the refrigerant carried in the return gas from the oil cooler and can also serve as a liquid storage tank;
3. Ammonia liquid separator: divided into horizontal and vertical types, used to separate the liquid ammonia carried by the ammonia from the evaporator, to prevent liquid ammonia from entering the compressor and causing accidents due to liquid hammer;
4. Air separator: used for separating non condensable gases in refrigeration systems and discharging them outside the system to improve refrigeration efficiency;
5. Oil collector (low-pressure oil collector); Used to collect lubricating oil from ammonia liquid separators and other equipment, and return the oil to the compressor under low pressure;
6. Low pressure circulation bucket: used to separate and store the liquid carried in the gas returned by the evaporator, and the liquid is pressurized and re supplied to the system;
7. Emergency ammonia discharger: In order to prevent accidents in refrigeration equipment, containers with a large amount of liquid ammonia in the system (such as storage tanks and evaporators) are connected to the emergency ammonia discharger through pipelines. The liquid ammonia discharge valve and tap water valve of the emergency ammonia discharger can be opened for discharge to avoid secondary accidents.
3、 Supporting products for compressor units
1. Oil separator: After compression by the compressor, the ammonia gas and the lubricating oil carried by it are separated by reducing their flow rate and changing their flow direction;
2. Oil cooler: used to cool the lubricating oil that has been compressed by the compressor and has a high temperature, and returns to the compressor after reaching a certain temperature requirement; This device belongs to a shell and tube heat exchanger, using heat exchange tubes;
3. Intermediate cooler: using working fluid or water to cool the refrigerant that has been compressed by a compressor and its temperature has increased; This device belongs to a shell and tube heat exchanger and uses heat exchange tubes.
4、 Supporting products for chiller units
1. Dry shell evaporator: using heat pipes;
2. Full liquid evaporator: also uses heat exchange tubes.
