Z-series chromatography column

Z series chromatography columns are suitable for ion exchange chromatography, gel permeation chromatography and affinity chromatography. The column design is advanced, easy to install, has a small "dead volume" for elution, and has good chemical corrosion resistance. It is the best chromatography tool essential for laboratories such as medical pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, petrochemicals, and chemical analysis.

1、 Structure:

Main components--Glass pillars, top fasteners, and bottom fasteners.

Mesh size:50-500 mesh

Operating temperature:0℃-60℃

Maximum column pressure of ordinary type:0.15 × 106 pascals (equivalent to 1 kilogram of atmospheric pressure).

Pressure column pressure:5 (0.15 × 106) pascals to 8 (0.15 × 106) pascals (equivalent to 5-8 kilograms of atmospheric pressure).

Column cleaning:Soap water and detergent are suitable cleaning agents for chromatography columns. If the chromatography column is contaminated with proteins, it can be cleaned with "Jiamei" (enzyme added) detergent.

Disinfection of columns:The column is allowed to be sterilized under high pressure for 20 minutes at temperatures below 120 ℃.

2、 Attention:

1. Excluding chlorinated hydrocarbons (dichloroethane, trichloromethane). All organic solvents except acetone, ketone compounds, aliphatic lipids, and phenol can be used.

2. Do not use sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, or acetic acid solutions with concentrations greater than 10%, as these solutions can damage the nylon mesh sieve.

clean:

It can be cleaned with soapy water or detergent, but distillation should be avoided.
