In order to investigate the surface bonding and sealing of silicone, we studied UniSil? 5-120 C18 fillers were studied. Experiments have shown that the chromatographic peaks of various substances, including pyridine (alkaline compound), are sharp, symmetrical, and have high column efficiency, indicating the UniSil of nanotechnology ® The residual silicon hydroxyl groups on the surface of 5-120 C18 filler are minimal, and the tail sealing is good.
UniSil ®– Excellent chemical stability and acid alkali resistance
The unique bonding and sealing technology of Nano Micro Technology enables its silicone fillers to have better acid and alkali resistance. In order to verify the acid and alkali resistance of the silicone fillers of NanoMicro Technology, we used UniSil ® Enhanced acid and alkali resistance comparison tests were conducted between 10 μ m C18 silica gel packing and internationally renowned brand silica gel packing. The silica gel columns installed separately were washed repeatedly with 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide/methanol and 0.2 mol/L acetic acid/methanol, and the column efficiency was tested separately. The results showed that under strong acid-base washing, the column efficiency of internationally renowned brands rapidly decreased and lost its effectiveness, while the silica gel column efficiency of Nano Micro Technology was well maintained, indicating that Nano Micro Technology's unique tail sealing technology makes the silica gel packing have stronger acid and alkali resistance and longer service life.


Large scale production capacity and good inter batch reproducibility
Advanced large-scale silicone production equipment ensures that the production capacity of nano and micro materials can meet the needs of industrial chromatographic separation, and a reliable quality control system ensures the high quality and good inter batch reproducibility of our chromatographic fillers (as shown in the figure). Before leaving the factory, each batch of products must undergo strict quality testing (including parameters such as particle size, particle size distribution, pore size, and specific surface area) to ensure stable product quality. At the same time, a series of application tests are conducted to ensure stable product performance.
