The high-voltage electrostatic rod (static elimination rod) should be equipped with a high-voltage generator for use together. Insert the end of the high-voltage static electricity rod (static elimination rod) connection wire into the high-voltage output socket of the high-voltage generator, rotate it clockwise to the end, and then connect the grounding wire of the high-voltage static electricity rod (static elimination rod) connection to the grounding column on the outside of the high-voltage generator. After confirming that the grounding is good, insert the power plug of the high-voltage generator into a socket with a grounding wire (pay attention to the voltage used by the high-voltage generator), fix the high-voltage static electricity rod (static elimination rod) in the appropriate position, and turn on the power of the high-voltage generator to start working.

After a period of use, the high-voltage electrostatic rod (static elimination rod) will accumulate dust on the ion needle and the inner wall of the copper tube, and should be cleaned regularly. The power supply should be cut off during cleaning.

Maintenance requirements:

1、 Requirements for power and gas sources

1. The power supply must have a ground wire and ensure sufficient grounding. Transformers must ensure good grounding, and the grounding wire knob should be checked for tightness before each use.

2. The gas source used must undergo effective filtration, and sometimes a secondary filtration device is required. The filter should be cleaned in a timely manner. Otherwise, water, oil, and dust particles will enter the ion generation chamber and adhere to the inner wall of the plastic component. When they accumulate to a certain extent, the ion needle will ignite it, resulting in the gradual formation of honeycomb like coke damage to the plastic component and a gradual decrease in ion discharge.

2、 Daily maintenance

1. After turning off the power, the ion air curtain can be cleaned and maintained regularly (about once a month) with a dust-free cloth or soft bristled brush dipped in high concentration industrial alcohol that does not contain water. When wiping, try not to tilt the ion needle at a large angle. If accidentally tilted, gently pull it back to its previous position with your fingers.

Attention:

1. Wind (stick) curtains are precision and sensitive anti-static products that must meet the usage conditions!

2. Malfunctions and damages caused by ungrounded power supply, use under unclean gas source conditions, and irregular cleaning of ion needles and inner walls of rod tubes due to dust accumulation are not covered by our warranty!
