ZH-MV series large stroke image measuring instrument
The ZH-MV series large stroke image measuring instrument is a newly developed gantry large stroke CNC fully automatic image measuring instrument by our company. It adopts a gantry type structure (bridge type) with stable operation performance and stable mechanism without deformation. X. The Y and Z axes both use servo motors and adopt dual closed-loop motion control, which ensures the stability of the motor during medium and high-speed movement, as well as accurate positioning function. The image Z-axis can automatically focus, and with the help of the American Navitar automatic zoom lens, it can achieve automatic zoom without magnification correction.
1. Instrument application field:
At present, it is mainly used in PCB circuit boards, copper-clad laminates, flat glass, LCD modules, knife molds, insulation materials, etc. The all marble structure ensures extremely high stability and rigidity; High precision linear slide rail and belt drive, equipped with Japanese Yaskawa high-energy servo motor full closed-loop control, high precision and high stability; Equipped with SONY "1/2" high-resolution color camera to ensure high-quality measurement images; Fully automatic zoom lens, no need to select a new scale after changing the magnification; Programmable five ring eight drive surface cold light source and contour cold light source, adding wings to measurement; RENISHAW patch grating ruler from the UK, with a resolution of 0.5 μ m; Our company has independently developed QuickMeasuring fully automatic measurement software, which can be programmed automatically and offline for automatic detection; Optional British RENISHAW contact probe and CCD laser displacement sensor. 3.
