The 4UX-100 potato harvester is a new type of potato harvesting equipment. During operation, the harvester is driven (dragged) by the tractor, and the potato seedlings are excavated and shoveled up together with the soil; As the machinery moves forward, the lifted potato seedlings and soil are pushed onto the conveying and separation device. During the operation of the conveying and separation device, due to continuous rotation and orderly shaking, the potato seedlings and soil on the conveying and separation device climb up the conveyor chain as the anti clogging device rotates. At the same time, the soil on it is affected by the shaking of the conveyor chainConstantly being cleared; After the seedlings and fruits rise to the high end of the conveyor chain, they are placed in strips on the ground of the harvested area through the potato collection devices on both sides for drying and picking up.
The coupling between machines and tractors
1. Align the supporting tractor of the potato harvester with the middle of the potato harvester, lift the lower pull rod of the tractor to the appropriate height, and reverse until it can be connected to the left and right suspension pins of the potato harvester.
2. After installing the harvester, the tractor lifts it up and adjusts the length of the left and right suspension bars to make the harvester level on both sides. Simultaneously connect the rear output shaft of the tractor to the power input shaft of the harvester using a universal joint. Rotate the universal joint by hand and check for any jamming or collision. If any, it should be promptly eliminated. Adjust the power output shaft speed of the tractor to 540r/min and prepare for operation.
3. Operate the tractor according to the instructions provided.
Operation and usage
1. When running empty, the equipment should run smoothly and smoothly.
2. The vibration level can be adjusted as needed. Loosen the bolts supporting the rubber wheel, move the rubber wheel upwards to reduce the vibration, and move the rubber wheel downwards to increase the vibration.
3. There is an overload protector installed at the chain drive device. When the harvester is overloaded, the active and passive sides will rub and slip, protecting the machine components from damage. The magnitude of the overload torque can be adjusted by adjusting the nut. When the nut rotates counterclockwise, the overload torque decreases, and when it rotates clockwise, the overload torque increases. Note that the adjustment range of the three bolts should be consistent.
4. Before lowering the ground, adjust the height of the tractor's three-point suspension and the depth limiting wheel, and lock them so that the digging depth of the digging shovel is 20~30cm.
5. When excavating, ensure that the digging shovel can lift the potatoes, adjust the digging shovel to the shallowest level to ensure the potato yield, but there should be no omissions or deviations, otherwise there will be a significant loss of potatoes.
When walking on the road, if the tractor's walking speed is ≤ 10km/h, stop the rear output shaft; During homework, the quality of the work should be checked at all times, and the walking speed and lifting speed of the conveyor chain should be adjusted according to the growth of crops and the quality of the work to ensure the best harvest quality and work efficiency. In general, it is recommended to operate at a speed of 2-5km/h and output a speed of 540r/min.
