This ozone generator generates ozone using the principle of corona discharge.
It is composed ofozonizer、Ozone power supplyIt consists of four parts: oxygen source device and electronic control device.
1.ozonizerUsing high-purity ceramics as the dielectric material, 316 stainless steel internal electrodes and fasteners, PTFE and high-purity silicone rubber materials, high-frequency micro gap strong corona discharge, and a combination of external aluminum alloy heat dissipation tube air cooling and internal water cooling for efficient cooling, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, low power consumption, small size, long life, no rust, no oxidation, high temperature resistance, and extremely low continuous ozone production attenuation rate.
2.Ozone power supply:
1. IGBT driven, automatic/manual bandwidth adjustment.
2. Slow start during startup (limiting surge current).
3. Power supply overvoltage protection.
4Power converter overheat protection, output short circuit, open circuit protection. Sound and light warning.
5. Circuit anti-interference, moisture-proof, and anti-corrosion design Can match various media ozone tubes, continuous and stable operation.
3.Oxygen production device:Using molecular sieve physical adsorption and desorption techniques The oxygen concentrator is filled with molecular sieves, which can adsorb nitrogen from the air under pressure. The remaining unabsorbed oxygen is collected and purified to become high-purity oxygen. Molecular sieves discharge the adsorbed nitrogen back into the ambient air during depressurization, and can adsorb nitrogen and produce oxygen during the next pressurization. The entire process is a periodic dynamic cycle, and the molecular sieve is not consumed.
4.If it is convenient to replace the oxygen cylinder, an ozone generator without an oxygen generator can also be used; Only when using oxygen cylinders is it troublesome and costly to operate, should one consider using an ozone generator with an oxygen source.
