1、 Overview: 1. The LW-SF type turbine flow sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is a newly developed anti-corrosion sensor by our company, which is paired with a display instrument to form a turbine flow meter. It can measure the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative volume of liquids, and can also quantitatively control liquids. Sensors have the characteristics of high precision, long lifespan, simple operation and maintenance, and are widely used in industries such as mining, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and power plants. All sensors are made of non-metallic materials, making them particularly suitable for measuring highly corrosive liquids. It is an ideal instrument for measuring corrosive liquids. 2. 2、 Working principle: When the measured liquid flows through the sensor, the impeller inside the sensor rotates with the help of the kinetic energy of the liquid. At this time, the impeller blades cause periodic changes in the magnetic resistance of the detection device, resulting in the induction of electrical pulse signals proportional to the flow rate at both ends of the detection coil. After amplification by the preamplifier, the signals are sent to the display instrument. Within the measurement range, the flow pulse frequency of the sensor is proportional to the volumetric flow rate, and this ratio is the instrument coefficient expressed in K: K=f/Q or K=V/N In the formula: f - flow signal frequency (Hz); Q - Volume flow rate (m ³/h or L/h); N - number of pulses; V - Total volume (m)³/L); The instrument coefficient of each sensor is filled in the calibration certificate by the manufacturer. When leaving the factory, the K value has been set in the matching display instrument, which can display the instantaneous flow rate and total volume. The manufacturer should avoid changing the K value when using it.

4、 The meaning of marking: 1. LWGY-SF: Pulse output (powered by 5-24V); 2. LWGB-SF: 4-20mA two-wire transmission output (24V power supply); 3. LWY-SF: On site display shows instantaneous flow and cumulative maximum power consumption current of 25uA.
