The LW series non blocking sewage pump is suitable for the discharge of severely polluted wastewater in factories and commercial areas, sewage discharge stations in main residential areas, water distribution systems in urban sewage treatment plants, drainage stations in civil air defense systems, water supply equipment in water plants, sewage discharge in hospitals and hotels, municipal engineering construction sites, mining supporting machines, rural biogas digesters, farmland irrigation and other industries. Usage conditions of LW vertical unobstructed sewage pump
1. The operating environment temperature of the sewage pump is ≤ 40 ℃, and the humidity is ≤ 95%; If the altitude is ≤ 1000 meters, it should be raised when ordering.
2. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the medium density shall be 1-1.3kg/dm3.
3. The use range of cast iron material is PH5-9.
4. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material can be used with general corrosive media.

The LW vertical sewage pump is a single suction volute pump equipped with non clogging and anti winding single (double) large channel impellers, which have good passing capacity. This series of pumps has two structural forms, one is that the motor is directly coaxial with the pump, and the other is that it is connected by a coupling, and the motor adopts a standard vertical motor. The structural diagram is as follows, and each structural form has two types of base connection forms. One is the inlet horizontal suction, which has a corner function and can be placed at 0 °, 90 °, 180 °, 270 ° according to usage requirements for pipeline connection. Installation instructions for LW vertical unobstructed sewage pump
1. The pump and pipeline should have their own supporting components, and the weight of the pipeline should not be applied to the pump.
2. In order to maintain convenience and ensure safe use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure that the pump operates within the rated head and flow range, ensuring the normal operation of the pump and improving its service life.
When installing the pump, it is necessary to tighten the foundation bolts to avoid the impact of vibration on the pump performance during start-up
Before installation, check the fastening and damage of the water pump and motor.
5. In order to prevent the pump from experiencing thermal deformation of the pipeline during the transportation of high-temperature liquids, the foot bolts of the pump seat are not fixed in turns. When the pipeline system expands and contracts, the pump can move together with the pipeline.
Precautions for using LW vertical non blocking sewage pump
1. Before using the sewage pump, carefully check whether the fasteners have moved or fallen off, and whether the pump has deformed or been damaged during transportation, storage, and installation.
2. After the sewage pump is started, the rotating square should rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet. If the electric pump rotates in the opposite direction, simply swap any two-phase wires in the cable to adjust the wiring position.
3. It is not allowed to operate the electric pump in a low field range state for a long time (generally using a head not less than 60% of the rated head), and it is recommended to control it within the recommended range of swing head to prevent the pump from burning out the motor due to load.
4. The sewage pump should not operate under cavitation conditions to improve the service life of the pump. It is strictly prohibited to operate the pump without liquid, otherwise it is very easy to burn out the mechanical seals.
When the parts of the pump are made of cast iron and installed outdoors in winter. Attention should be paid to preventing breakage, and insulation should be applied when the temperature is particularly low.
