3、 Structural characteristics of LSB concentrated sulfuric acid submersible pump
LSB type submersible pump is a vertical single-stage single suction centrifugal pump, mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, bottom plate, intermediate connecting pipe, outlet pipe, seal, bearing, coupling and other components.
The axial thrust is mainly balanced by the back blades of the impeller.
The remaining axial force and rotor weight are borne by rolling bearings.
The pump can fully utilize its own suction height, and increasing the suction pipe can increase the insertion depth of the pump unit.
But before starting, the liquid level must be above the centerline of the impeller.
Steering: When viewed from the motor towards the pump end, it rotates counterclockwise.
