The LKZDH series backward single inlet direct coupled centrifugal fan is a specialized fan for air conditioning systems developed by our company. Its characteristic is that the motor is located on the non inlet side of the fan, the motor shaft is directly connected to the fan impeller, and the motor does not come into contact with the conveying medium. The structure is simple and reliable, and it is particularly suitable for conveying clean gases, dangerous gases, or other special gases.
The fluid model of this series of fans has been optimized using advanced CFD technology, which not only increases output pressure but also reduces noise and improves efficiency. It has the characteristics of energy saving and low noise, and is particularly suitable for supporting various air conditioning, refrigeration, purification, fresh air unit and other products. It has been widely used in schools, hospitals, factories, mines, cold chain and other fields.
This series of fans come in three different air outlet angles: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °. Users can also customize fan products with special air outlet angles or motor installation positions according to their needs. The installation form is flexible and convenient.
This series of fans has the following significant advantages:
1. The motor does not come into contact with the conveying medium, and the overcurrent components only include the air inlet, impeller, and volute shell, which can easily meet special requirements such as cleaning, corrosion prevention, and explosion prevention;
2. Adopting optimized impeller and volute design, efficient, low-noise, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
Typical model: LKZDH 355 – 2
Model meaning:
LKZDH: Backward single inlet direct coupled centrifugal fan
355: nominal diameter of impeller (mm)
2: Number of supporting motor poles
The installation angle of a fan includes two characteristics: rotation direction and outlet angle.
1) Rotation direction: The direction of rotation of the impeller can be divided into forward and reverse directions.
From the motor side, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise fan (abbreviated as CW in English); If the impeller rotates counterclockwise, it is called a reverse fan (CCW).
2) Airflow angle: the angle between the fan outlet and the installation plane.
This series of fans has three conventional air outlet angles: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °. If you need other air outlet angles, please contact our company for customization.
3) Installation angle diagram:
The working environment suitable for this series of fans is:
1) Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
2) The ambient temperature shall not be lower than -25 ℃ and not higher than 40 ℃;
3) The relative humidity of the environment shall not exceed 90%;
4) The transported gas does not contain acidic, alkaline, or corrosive media, and the dust content is not greater than 150mg/m3.
When the working environment does not meet the above requirements, it needs to be explained when placing an order. Our company can customize according to specific on-site conditions.
Flow rate: 2000-15000m3/h
Full pressure: 740-2350Pa
Beyond this range, please choose other series of fan products from our company, or contact our company for customization.
1. Pre use inspection
Before use, please carefully check:
(1) Whether the motor is intact and undamaged;
(2) Are all bolts loose;
(3) Are there severe deformations in components such as the fan volute, impeller, and motor shaft;
(4) Rotate the fan impeller by hand, and the hand sensing rotation is smooth without any obvious lag phenomenon.
2. Installation
(1) The chassis of the fan must be installed horizontally, and vertical or inclined installation is strictly prohibited;
(2) The grounding bolt of the fan should be reliably grounded;
(3) The fan should be equipped with phase loss and overload protection devices;
3. Start and Run
(1) Before starting the fan, the working power supply should be checked and must be within the range of rated voltage ± 5% and rated frequency ± 1%;
(2) The rotation direction of the fan impeller should be the same as the direction marked;
(3) The operating current of the fan should not exceed the nameplate current, otherwise it may cause damage or burning of the motor;
(4) During the operation of the fan, it is strictly prohibited to extend one's body or foreign objects towards the inside of the fan to avoid danger.
