Introduction:The LHB leak free chemical process pump is a new type of leak free filter press specialized pump that has been carefully designed and successfully developed by our factory's water pump design institute and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology's Fluid Machinery Research Institute based on actual user requirements, using imported pumps from Germany. Its rated performance points and dimensions adopt the international standard ISO2858-1975 (E), which is a replacement for enamel pumps, ceramic pumps, lining pumps, fluorine alloy pumps, F-type corrosion-resistant pumps, and IH chemical centrifugal pumps. It can meet the requirements of conveying various corrosive liquid slurries with particles and viscosity at temperatures ranging from -10 ℃ to 110 ℃ in the filter press process.
The components that come into contact with the medium in LHB leak free chemical process pumps are commonly made of materials such as 0Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 40Cr, Monel, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, Ti (titanium), 00Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti, Hastelloy B alloy, 0Cr25Ni20, F5 series alloy, 20 alloy steel, 0Cr25Ni6Mo3Cu2Mn2Si, etc. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal, and users can choose according to actual working conditions.

Structural features:The LHB negative pressure device filter press special pump is improved based on the latest technology of foreign centrifugal pumps and our company's years of production experience. Adopting a horizontal, radial split, front door suspension structure, the impeller suction port faces the motor end, and the impeller types include closed impeller, open impeller, and swirl impeller. Mechanical seals use negative pressure devices. Long term transportation of liquids under increasing pressure and gradually decreasing flow rate, mechanical seals do not withstand working pressure, ensuring that mechanical seals never leak, is an ideal equipment for building civilized factories. Users can choose the corresponding sealing structure according to different medium conditions. This pump can not only be used under special conditions of the filter press, but also meet the transportation of acid and alkali solvents under various working conditions.

Users should pay strict attention when using it
1、 Lubricating oil should be added to the bearing box, and the oil level should be controlled at the middle level of the oil window.
2、 Before driving, manually rotate the coupling to check for any jamming during installation. If there are any scratches or abnormalities, they should be eliminated.
3、 Before starting, connect the coolant flushing solution first. When stopping, stop the vehicle first and then turn off the coolant flushing solution.
4、 The cooling flushing fluid must be clean, non scaling soft water, so newly installed pipelines and storage tanks should be flushed clean. Prevent solid substances from entering the mechanical seal and affecting the sealing effect and service life. Water that is prone to scaling can block the cooling flushing fluid pathway. It will also affect the effectiveness and lifespan of the seal.
5、 The use of condensed water as a sealing flushing solution is ideal, with a temperature below 85 ℃.
6、 The pressure of the cooling flushing liquid is 0.1~0.3 MPa, and the flow rate is 0.63 m3/h. If the flow rate is too small, it will affect the service life of the seal.
