LDR electromagnetic thermal energy meterworking principle
Hot water (cold water) supplied by a heat source flows into a heat exchange system (radiator, heat exchanger, or complex system composed of them) at a higher (lower) temperature, and flows out at a lower (higher) temperature. In this process, heat is released or absorbed to the user through heat exchange (note: this process includes energy exchange between heating and cooling systems).
When the water flows through the heat exchange system, the heat released or absorbed by the system is calculated and displayed through a calculator based on the flow rate provided by the flow sensor, the supply and return water temperature provided by the paired temperature sensor, and the time the water flows through.
LDR electromagnetic thermal energy meterInstallation requirements
1. Before installing the heat meter, the pipeline must be cleaned;
2. Heat meters are precision instruments and must be installed with care. It is forbidden to lift or pull the meter head or sensor wires; Do not squeeze the temperature sensor to prevent damage to the instrument;
3. The direction indicated by the arrow on the body of the heat meter sensor represents the direction of water flow, and theoretically it is not allowed to install it upside down;
4. The front end of the heat meter pipeline must be equipped with a filter of the corresponding diameter;
5. When installing a heat meter flow sensor, it should be ensured that there is at least 10 times the diameter of the straight pipe section upstream and at least 5 times the diameter of the straight pipe section downstream in the direction of water flow in the heat meter pipeline;
6. Valves with corresponding diameters must be installed at both ends of the heat meter, which can be separated from the heat meter for cleaning and maintenance during use;
