10 inch human-machine interface

1. Measurement and conveying system with closed-loop control
The equipment system digitally monitors the glue pressure of the feeding pump and the remaining glue in the A and B raw material barrels, and introduces the function of the control system. The control process is as follows: every about 0.01 seconds (i.e. one PLC scanning cycle), the flow rate of A and B glue is compared, and the error between the two is calculated. The difference is then used for PID calculation, and the calculation results are used to adjust the various parameters of the feeding system, thereby achieving closed-loop control of the output ratio. This dynamic adjustment process ensures more accurate proportioning, and this control mode enables the proportioning accuracy of the feeding system to reach ± 1% or less, providing favorable conditions for product quality assurance.
E523 has achieved the most important technical indicator for the feeding system - proportioning accuracy, realizing closed-loop control and improving the proportioning accuracy of the LSR feeder by an order of magnitude.

According to our testing over the past two years, the best record for A and B glue balance is an error rate of only 0.07%. We believe that these data are exciting good news for users who pursue high-quality LSR injection molding.
Due to the design and experimentation of A and B adhesive materials being carried out in accordance with the 1:1 specification, the material properties that can be achieved are also given under the condition of a 1:1 ratio of two component materials. However, in actual use, traditional feeding systems do not truly guarantee this, resulting in the material properties of the product after molding not fully meeting the design requirements. For situations with high requirements, such as bonding, high transparency, and human implantation, quality issues may arise or the service life may be greatly shortened.
The E523 feeding system has completely solved this problem, giving customers confidence in their products.


2. Servo continuous synchronous metering system
In terms of measurement, we have developed and designed a servo continuous synchronous measurement system based on the measurement characteristics of the feeding system in the power industry. It breaks the traditional hydraulic control method and adopts a motor plunger pump structure. The synchronous structure adopts compensation design to ensure the durability of the equipment. This system has the advantages of no maintenance, cleanliness, oil-free, and low energy consumption, and has been well received in the industry


3. Digitization of equipment parameters
Many parameters of traditional feeders are not displayed. E523 digitally monitors the condition of raw materials and digitizes pressure and output speed. The pneumatic system of the feeding system is digitally regulated using an electrical proportional valve.
The above important parameters can be monitored and adjusted through the touch screen.


4. Precise injection control
The E523 liquid silicone feeding machine considers that when power product users inject products, they need to directly output the feeding machine in a quantitative manner according to the mold cavity volume, and the adaptability of the injection process needs to be considered during the injection process, which requires the ability to adjust the injection speed. Therefore, E523 not only has the ability of quantitative injection and segmented injection in its design, but also utilizes a new flow closed-loop control concept to monitor the output flow in a closed-loop manner, greatly improving injection accuracy.
This not only meets customer needs but also further reduces waste of raw materials for users.
