Materials to be prepared before installation
① High toughness nylon wire with a diameter of at least 6 meters, ranging from 0.5 to 1mm;
② Iron wire with a diameter of 0.5 to 1mm, at least 6 meters;
③ A ruler of 15CM is sufficient;
④ One set of hexagonal wrenches;
⑤ An impact drill with a Φ 14mm drill bit;
⑥ Expansion screws M14, 8 pieces;
⑦ One set of electrical tools for connecting electricity;
⑧ 46 # hydraulic oil 40L.
Step 1: The quality of the installation of the entire feeding machine depends on the position of the centerline. The center height of the main pipe should be consistent with the center height of the lathe spindle, and the concentricity between the main pipe and the lathe spindle should be ± 0.3;

Step 2: Adjust the front and rear supports of the feeding machine to the same height, and then place them at the rear of the machine. The rubber sleeve of the oil return bucket (Figure 1) is about 100mm away from the lathe, the center of the front support (Figure 2) is 900mm away from the lathe (recommended distance 850-950), and the center of the rear support (Figure 3) is 2500mm away from the front support. Install the feeding machine main pipe on the front and rear supports;

Step 3:Remove the M6 screw at the tail of the feeding machine main pipe, thread the iron wire through the main pipe and the lathe spindle, pull the nylon wire through the lathe spindle and feeding machine main pipe, fix the nylon wire near the lathe end in the center of the chuck, and tighten and fix the nylon wire at the tail of the feeding machine

Step 4: Adjust the tail bracket of the feeder to position the nylon wire at the center of the spindle hole tail of the machine tool;

Step 5: Adjust the front bracket of the feeding machine to position the nylon wire at the center of the front end of the feeding machine main pipe;

Step 6: After repeatedly calibrating the center position of the nylon wire and confirming that it is correct, fix the four holes at the bottom of the front and rear brackets with expansion screws;

Step 7: After fixing the front and rear brackets, calibrate the center position of the nylon wire again. If the center position changes, adjust the adjustment rod of the front and rear brackets to calibrate it. After confirming that it is correct, the wire can be removed. Install the M6 screw on the tail of the feeder;



Step 8:After completing the above, you can install the oil pipeline (Figure 6) and external accessories such as power supply. Finally, check them all together and if there are no problems, the installation is complete!
