Although pillow packaging machines have many intelligent features, in actual use, it has been found that there are still some details of such equipment that need to be discussed.
1. Improvement in leak detection
At present, most aluminum-plastic packaging machines are not equipped with leak detection devices, and before subsequent pillow packaging or color box packaging, panel selection is manually carried out. This quality control method requires a significant amount of labor costs on the one hand, and on the other hand, due to various personal reasons of the operators, it is difficult to ensure the quality of the products. Shortage of grain and excess boards can easily flow into the finished products, which in turn affects the product quality and corporate image of the enterprise, and has a significant negative impact on the sales of the enterprise.
Improvement method: Place a detection signal photoelectric on the feeding conveyor belt to detect missing particles, multiple boards, and feeding vacancies in the medicine board. If any waste is detected, it will promptly send a signal to the subsequent waste removal device. The device will remove the waste through air pressure to prevent it from flowing into the finished product,
Advantages of the improvement: (1) Considering medium and long-term costs, compared to manual board selection, it can greatly reduce production costs; (2) From the perspective of product quality control, it is more reliable than manual board selection and can better ensure product quality;
2. Improvement of feeder design
At present, the design accuracy of the feeder for pillow packaging machines (as shown in Figure 2) is relatively low, and most of them still use cylinder and cam mechanical feeding devices. The number of boards is often inaccurate, and it is easy to get the boards stuck, resulting in a high scrap rate. Changing to different specifications of medicine boards for adjustment and disassembly is also troublesome, causing a lot of waste. Our factory can better ensure accuracy in the manufacturing and design of the feeder.
