The threshold for determining whether the battery is qualified or not will vary depending on the manufacturer, type, capacity, and other factors of the battery. It is necessary to re measure the internal resistance/port voltage of new or qualified batteries.
Compared with sealed lead-acid batteries, open (liquid) lead-acid batteries or alkaline batteries have smaller changes in internal resistance, making it sometimes difficult to determine their degradation status.
